LLA Makerspace is a free space where students have the opportunity to develop their creativity in a safe environment. Tools and technology are provided to encourage exploration in STEAM. The LLA Makerspace is a space for collaboration, curiosity and development of skills. 

LLA Makerspace is open every Friday. To become a member come to the library and fill out a user agreement form. Below are some of the activities we hope you get to enjoy as you become a makerspace member.    

 Robotics and Electronics

Get inspired to explore your technological side. Come to makerspace and work on our robotics and electronics table. You will be able to build/ program a robot and make it work in the library.

Our drawing table allows students to continue to develop their artistic skills. Come and use our drawing books and resources for a relaxing time to practice your skills.

                                                                                                             Free Style Crafting

If you are feeling inspired to create something on your own, we have the tools and resources to help you with it. Spoons, glue, felt, batteries, recyclable materials and much more are here to help you explore your curiosity.

                                                                                                                               Building

If you are interested in building we have a table for that. Our construction table will have one construction game available for you to explore.
