We strive to make the library a comfortable and useful place for all of our students.
Did you know that the #1 way to improve reading skills is to spend time reading? It's true! And enjoying what you read makes it even more effective. Also, improving reading skills helps improve test scores, including the California High School Exit Exam, CSTs, PSAT, ACT and SAT. SO...GET READING!
We have a beautiful new library stocked with roughly 15,000 books! We have books about numerous topics including hobbies, sports, teen issues, science and MANY more! We have novels of all different kinds: dragons and wizards, horror, mystery, romance, family problems, vampires, and more teen issues. We are also working very hard to expand our titles in Spanish. This includes many popular titles such as Chicken Soup for the Soul and Harry Potter.
Our library is open before school, after school, during both lunches and during class time. Come in to read, study or use textbooks, or just to CHECK US OUT!
