Computer Lab
Lakeview Leadership Academy houses two computer labs and one computer classroom on campus. In the computer classroom, students receive instruction in basic introductory computing, advanced computing, MS Office applications, special projects, Language, Reading, Grammar, Math, and Algebra Quest enrichment programs. There is also access to to online educational software that is geared to specific academic curriculum. The two computer labs house 77 student computers, and two teacher computers. The student computers have various education software applications including remedial and intermediate reading, math applications, Microsoft Office Suite 2013, educational games, and more. In addition, teachers are able to link the student computers to their favorite educational websites. The computer labs are also available for afterschool programs. School groups such as AVID, Yearbook, Journalism, and ASB have their own workspace on the district's VVSTU student domain. Each student at Lakeview has their own folder on the VVSTU domain so that they can access their files from any student workstation on campus.
